The special selection of grapes from the 'Chapel Block' and lightly toasted in tight grained barrels have been given an extended period of barrel aging to yield a very rich and intesley fruity wine.
A small parcel of grapes selcted from the eastern side of the district. Given the right royal treatment producing a gorgeous Coonawarra Shiraz. Extended time in tight grained oak has given lenth and complexity without dominating the rich supple fruit.
